Customer Accounts and Information

This website is operated by ROOTCAP INC. You may browse products and prices without signing in. Standard customers can purchase blank caps by the dozen without wholesale approval. Discounted carton pricing is available only to approved B2B customers. Apply for wholesale access to request carton pricing, or sign in with your approved account to view your assigned catalog and account pricing. Please provide accurate company, billing, delivery, and contact information, keep your account secure, and use the website lawfully.

Products, Prices, and Quantities

Standard customers purchase blank caps in increments of 12, with a minimum of 12 caps per color and size. Each style and color is limited to 216 caps per order, combined across all sizes. The standard per-cap price for dozen orders applies at every permitted quantity, including 216 caps; buying 18 dozens does not activate a carton discount.

A full carton contains 216 caps. The public Carton option displays standard wholesale carton pricing, which requires an approved B2B account to purchase. Selecting this option without an approved account directs you to the wholesale application. Approved B2B customers receive the prices, carton pricing, and quantity rules shown in their assigned catalog and on the relevant product page.

Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges and applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. Wholesale approval does not automatically confer tax-exempt status; any tax exemption is subject to the required documentation and applicable law.

Availability is subject to stock. If an item is unavailable or an order contains a material pricing or description error, we will contact you to resolve the order before proceeding. Product images may appear different across screens; contact us if a color or specification is critical to your project.

Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to ROOTCAP's acceptance and any approval requirements shown at checkout. Submitting an order for review does not mean that it has been accepted or paid. Applicable payment terms and available payment methods are shown at checkout or in your confirmed quotation or invoice.

You must be authorized to use the payment method provided. A manual bank-transfer order is not paid until the funds have been received and confirmed. We will arrange fulfillment according to the confirmed order and payment terms.

Custom Orders and Artwork

Custom orders have a minimum quantity of 300 caps. The sample fee is USD 80, excluding mold or tooling charges and shipping. Custom order prices exclude shipping. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% after production is complete, before shipment.

Please review and approve the artwork, specifications, and other project details before production. Changes may affect price or scheduling and must be agreed with ROOTCAP.

By providing logos, artwork, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them and authorize ROOTCAP and its production partners to use them to prepare samples and fulfill your order. Ownership of your materials remains with you or the relevant rights holder.

Shipping, Pickup, and Returns

Delivery and pickup are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and claims for damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing goods are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Please review these policies before ordering.

ROOTCAP's website content, branding, and product materials belong to ROOTCAP or their respective owners. Please obtain permission before reproducing or using them beyond what applicable law allows.

Applicable Rights and Contact

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this website; changes do not alter previously accepted orders unless agreed with you.
