ROOTCAP INC supplies blank caps and custom headwear to businesses, brands, decorators, and promotional product buyers. Based in Southern California, we combine a Montclair warehouse with production support from our own and partner factories in Qingdao, China.

Wholesale Headwear

Our blank cap collection gives you a starting point for embroidery, printing, patches, and other decoration. Browse our products and prices without signing in, and purchase by the dozen at standard prices without wholesale approval. For discounted carton pricing, apply for a wholesale account. Approved B2B customers can sign in to access their assigned catalog and account pricing.

Standard orders start at 12 caps per color and size, in increments of 12, with a maximum of 216 caps per style and color across all sizes. Standard per-cap prices for dozen orders apply even when buying 216 caps. Carton pricing is available only to approved B2B customers; selecting the Carton option without approval directs you to the wholesale application.

Custom Projects

We also work with customers on custom caps, embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, patches, and private labels. Share your artwork, specifications, quantity, and target schedule so we can review your project and prepare a quote.

Custom orders start at 300 caps. The sample fee is USD 80, excluding mold or tooling charges and shipping. Custom order prices exclude shipping. Payment is 30% deposit and 70% after production is complete, before shipment.
